CINEMATIC LEADERSHIP
Supervisor of Animated Productions / Creator
I've led creative and technical teams across animation, visual effects, AAA games, and immersive entertainment, with more than 15 years dedicated to building, mentoring, and empowering multidisciplinary teams of artists, supervisors, and technical leaders. Throughout my career, I've partnered closely with directors, producers, engineers, and studio leadership to define creative strategy, evolve production methodologies, and develop scalable technical solutions that support ambitious storytelling. Beyond delivering award-winning work on globally recognized franchises including Star Wars, Call of Duty, Battlefield, How to Train Your Dragon, and Secret Level, I've helped studios strengthen their organizations through recruitment, talent development, pipeline innovation, and cross-functional collaboration.

LEADERSHIP
IS ABOUT COMMUNICATION AND TRUST
Today, my focus extends well beyond visual effects. I thrive at the intersection of creative vision, technology, and production—helping directors, artists, engineers, and producers transform ambitious ideas into world-class experiences. Whether defining a project's visual direction, developing scalable production strategies, mentoring creative teams, or evolving studio pipelines, I'm passionate about building environments where talented people can do their best work.
Throughout my career, I've been fortunate to contribute to award-winning productions while helping organizations grow through thoughtful leadership, cross-disciplinary collaboration, and a relentless pursuit of creative excellence. I believe the strongest studios are built on trust, curiosity, and a shared commitment to pushing both storytelling and technology forward.
Originally from Carmel, California, I now live in Stockholm, Sweden, where I continue to collaborate with studios around the world.
